We publish this list only as a last resort. Before any business appears here, we have made multiple private attempts to resolve the issue, including direct outreach and reasonable payment deadlines. We believe in giving vendors every opportunity to make things right. If you are listed here and wish to discuss resolution, please contact us at support@viahart.com. Businesses that resolve outstanding issues will be promptly removed.
Toy Maniacs

- Failed to pay outstanding invoice
- Payment was due June 19, 2025 for $549.44
- Despite repeated follow-up through e-mails and phone calls, no payment has been received.
SnapTight Products LLC
1080 S 1st Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201, United States
- In 2022, they used our account and routing number to pull $6,500 out of our bank account despite us having no business interaction with them whatsoever.
- We filed police report in Texas, where we are based. We also attempted to file a police report in Idaho, but the authorities declined to press charges because it was a "civil matter".
- When we disputed the $6,500 charge with Chase Bank, Snaptight provided invoices that had nothing to do with us to say that they should keep the money and Chase agreed with them.
- Snaptight repeatedly refused to return the money despite us never receiving any product from them nor doing business with them at all.
- We explained this on a google maps review which they have somehow managed to hide
